Mr. Kartikesh Sahu
PhD Scholar (Co-PI: Dr. Partha Laskar)
Mr. Kartikesh Sahu is a PhD Scholar at the GITAM School of Pharmacy, Visakhapatnam, specializing in targeted drug delivery systems. He holds two Indian and an U.K design patent and has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (RIPS), Berhampur, Odisha. He has published research and review articles, along with book chapters in reputed journals. Mr. Sahu is also a reviewer for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Innovation and Biomedical Materials and Devices. His research focuses on pharmaceutical nanotechnology and functional polymeric nanocarriers mediated targeted therapies to improve drug delivery with minimizing side-effects of existing drugs under the mentorship of Prof. Roy and Prof. Laskar

Mr. Rakesh Singha
PhD Scholar (Co-PI: Dr. Partha Laskar)
Mr. Rakesh Singha is a PhD researcher at the GITAM School of Pharmacy, GITAM (Deemed to be University), Visakhapatnam, with a research focus on functionalization of polymer, polymer nanotechnology, and targeted drug delivery. He is an inventor on two Indian patents and has prior academic experience as an Assistant Professor at the Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (RIPS), Berhampur, Odisha. He possesses professional expertise in industrial formulation research and development, with a strong focus on solid dosage forms. His scholarly contributions include research and review publications, as well as book chapters in reputed journals. He also serves as a peer reviewer for Biomedical Materials and Devices (Springer). His work in pharmaceutical nanotechnology and targeted therapeutic strategies aims to develop advanced drug-delivery platforms that improve treatment effectiveness and patient outcomes under the supervision of Prof. Roy and Prof. Laskar.
