We are a polymer chemistry research group led by Dr. Partha Laskar at the Department of Chemistry, School of Science, GITAM University, Vizag, India.

Our research area is Sustainable Biofunctional polymer Materials aiming to combine synthetic polymer chemistry with bioactive molecules and/or biopolymers towards various biomedical applications. Via this approach, we are trying to unify Chemistry, Biology, and Technology to understand and develop translational research in biomedical applications. Our research is aimed not only at satisfying personal scientific quests but also societal needs. 

Our strategies involved the following-
